Set up in 1958 by JRD Tata, TAS (erstwhile Tata Administrative Services) is Tata group’s flagship leadership development programme. During their first year with the program, TAS managers work as \'internal consultants\' to group companies aiding top management in decision making on live business problems. From their second year onwards, they take permanent role in group companies building their career with the Tata Group. As part of TAS\'22 batch, I worked with different Tata companies on key projects in the first year:Project 1: Chairman\'s Office, Tata SonsProject 2: CInI (Livelihood Integration), Tata TrustsProject 3: New Categories, Tata Consumer Products Project 4: New Ventures (Projects), Tata IndustriesPost my first year working across group companies, I have joined Air India as part of the transformation team in Commercial function.
