About Mishika Lambhate
Since childhood, I\'ve enjoyed engaging with individuals from different backgrounds and harbored an avid interest in knowing their experiences. After all, communication is the most vital element to success in today\'s environment. With an undergraduate degree in communication background, I realized the importance of Management and developed a keen interest in the field of Project Management. Project Management is for those who have a passion to provide excellence, and a passion to deliver on the promise. For those who value time and want to reduce waste and rework, a value system of efficiency is a way of adding value in the context of a project. My interest in this thriving domain arose from my experiences with several projects during my undergraduate in mass media. The successful execution involved effective communication skills, strategic planning of campaigns, ad optimization, and working within allotted budgets. I carried out cost optimization strategies for multiple sourcing and enhancement projects. I applied CPM(critical path method) and pert(program evaluation and review technique) to reduce the length of high-priority projects and calculate the shortest time possible. My zest and personality suited to the industry veered me to work as a Supply Chain Analyst for Alliant infotech after graduation. I have created a production forecast based on sales forecasts, historical usage, and product trends. By defining business process requirements and conducting strategy operations planning, we have built revenue-generating project roadmaps. I am always eager to learn different methodologies of Project Management.
