ABOUT MISHELL ORTA
Hi, I’m Mishell—a strategic designer and researcher with a passion for making sense of complex systems and helping organisations design smarter, more meaningful experiences. I started in architecture and branding, and over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across Europe, the Americas, and LATAM, helping teams and leaders from startups to enterprise connect user insights to business strategy at scale, turning complexity into clarity. My work usually sits somewhere between research, facilitation, and design strategy, through a systems-thinking approach to organisational design and change. I’ve led projects in sectors like healthcare, mobility, finance, and consumer goods, supporting cross-functional teams in shaping better services and stronger internal processes. I care deeply about embedding design thinking and research into everyday decision-making, aligning innovation with stakeholder and user needs. Whether I’m guiding executive stakeholders, mentoring design teams, running co-creation sessions, or helping leadership rethink their roadmap, I bring curiosity, structure, and a collaborative mindset to the table. My goal? Helping organisations and people grow with purpose - by designing today for the kind of futures we actually want to live in.I\'m actively on the lookout for collaborations where my passion and insight for understanding how our lives are changing can truly have an impact. If you think we can be a match, let\'s talk
