ABOUT MISHAL PB

As a Production Line Manager with Philip Morris International, I aim to continue my growth through developing the new processes, managing the qualification startup of a large scale production plant, and developing a strong operating core. In my latest role, I enjoy the opportunity to build and develop new processes and technologies to startup a second US Production facility for my company, while also introducing products for international markets. In my current role, I manage implementation of manufacturing processes for plant startup, including automation, process development and qualification, reliability engineering, hiring and people development, and Integrated Work Systems deployment. In my previous roles at Procter & Gamble, I’ve executed loss elimination through root cause analysis, managed multiple shift teams, implemented material and machine design changes, and managed the 24/7 operation of multiple packaging lines as a Process Engineer. After switching from managing operations to project management, I\'ve developed and implemented solutions to automate packaging and inventory processes, enabled cost savings for labor and material waste, and increased flexibility for current operations during recent supply chain and capacity constraints.I graduated from NC State with a Chemical Engineering degree and a concentration in Sustainable Engineering, along with a minor in International Studies. Then, I graduated from the UNC Chapel Hill with an MBA with a concentration in Strategy. My previous work experience has been in sales (startup of Lucid Travel LLC), research (thermodynamic mapping of polymers through undergraduate research), and fertilizer manufacturing (Supply network operations and safety/environmental improvements at PotashCorp, Aurora). Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and the ability to lead under such situations are my biggest strengths, which I\'ve developed as an Eagle Scout as well as while working as a volunteer at the Carolina Tiger Rescue.
