ABOUT MISHAEL A

From a Human Resources background I apply my knowledge and skills in social work and human resource management to support the recruitment, training, and engagement of employees. I am currently pursuing my Master\'s degree in Social Work HRM at Madras Christian College, where I have also completed my Undergraduate degree in Social Work. I have gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Trainee at METRO Wholesale India and a Field Work Trainee at Prism Trust, where I learned about the best practices and challenges in the HR and social work sectors. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters learning, growth, and diversity. I have developed core competencies in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership. I am eager to further enhance my skills and contribute to the mission and vision of Learnship.
