Responsible for staffing all new Salesforce projects and resource requests. Manages utilization and availability for 400+ Delivery technical resources in the US, Canada, Colombia, and India Lead weekly reviews with the practice group (practice leads) to plan consultant assignments, reviewbookings, work through conflicts, and identify opportunities for consultants Handle staffing escalations from start to finish ensuring that the business is supported throughout the processand resource management process is followed Works with Sales to monitor pipeline and accuracy of Salesforce opportunities Drive system and process improvement initiatives to strengthen the resource management process within thepractice and identify regular opportunities to adapt as the business grows; Proactively spot forecasted bench time for consultants and work with the resource management team toensure that the practice team are identified for the right opportunities Participates in new hire onboarding for all Delivery team members in the Advertise open project assignments, and promote the availability of consultants globally to encouragesharing of resources across regions to increase utilization; Constantly monitor resource assignments and time sheet data to ensure accuracy of forecast to reduceestimated vs. actual time; Compile, lead and analyze resource management reports (available resources, current resource allocations,Identify future demand surges and supply shortages by level, skill, and/or industry, and partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and Segment leads to develop recommendations for mitigating any misalignment of supply and demand Liaise with Practice Management in fulfillment of project staffing requests, prioritizing resource requestsand resolving resource allocation conflicts for the division or project assigned
