I’m a Computer & Electrical Engineer and co-founder of Ballmecca, where I currently serve as COO leading product development, technical strategy, and the integration of AI into our platform. My background blends hands-on engineering experience—Arduino, wireless systems, CAD design, Python, and MATLAB—with a strong focus on building solutions that move from concept to real-world deployment. Beyond startups, I’m passionate about advancing technology that solves practical problems, whether through my senior design project developing a wireless underground asset marker for BGE or my academic work in quantum computing and machine learning. I also believe in creating spaces where others can thrive: I’ve founded and led organizations like Minorities in STEM, the Eritrean-Ethiopian Student Association, and the Society of Women Engineers, growing communities that are inclusive, supportive, and impactful.
