Hi, I\'m Mische (\"mish\" or \"meesh\"). I partner with organizations to transform complex challenges into impactful learning experiences that drive meaningful change. Through human-centered design methods and instructional design expertise, I help teams identify and address critical learning needs while building alignment between stakeholder goals and adult learning principles.I have collaborated with a wide range of tech- and design-forward organizations (IDEO, Niantic, Snap, Solana, etc.) to develop learning strategies that solve real problems. My experience spans from creating enterprise-wide courses generating millions in revenue to building educational programs reaching learners globally.
