Own cross departmental and key supplier dependencies, ensure dependencies are re-aligned to reflect changes in the project\'s environment.Key Achievements:Led cost savings measures on compute and storage optimisation resulting in savings upwards of £4m.Enhanced security posture significantly by upgrading tools (AppDynamics, ELK, Jira, Confluence, SensuGo, RabbitMQ).Based on the request from Senior Stakeholders, led and resolved a Major incident that had been open for over a year on a key business application which was progressively impacting platform.Led successful delivery of outageless deployments of key business applications ensuring zero outages during releases and Key Business Events.Active member of Agile Community of Practice studying various flavors of Agile Delivery Methodologies.
