   Compact model development of FinFET and GAAFET for Intel 7, 4, 3, 18A, and 14A nodes and beyond, enabling SPICE and other EDA tool integration- Software Development: Full lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment) of multiple C and Python libraries/tools for SPICE model development, validation, and simulation playback, leveraging agile methodology- Deployed CI/CD workflows for EDA toolchains, streamlining regression testing of SPICE compact models and unit testing of custom validation tools- SPICE collateral development and generation platform with multi-user support, leveraging Git for model file storage and version control- Designed and co-developed an Open Model Interface (OMI - from Compact Model Coalition, CMC) based library to enable GAAFET device modeling using the BSIMCMG.
