Key Projects:(1) Since 2021, I\'ve been in a remote collaboration with Dr. Ashwin K. Jainarayanan and others at the University of Oxford, where I majorly contribute towards omics data analysis- proteomics, lipidomics, scRNA seq and bulk-RNA seq from extracellular vesicles/ T cells/ APCs.(2) From 2020 to 2022, I worked with Dr. Ashwin K. Jainarayanan and Devang Haresh Liya, developing a model to understand the correlation between promoter potency and nucleotide sequence in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. We identified the region from -49 to -10 around the Transcription Start Site as a minimal predictive region for promoter strength.(3) Between 2020 and 2022, I collaborated with Dr. Arpit Kumar Pradhan, examining conserved mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 genome across different variants. Our research extended to an analysis of high-frequency mutational variants from various geographic regions, aiming to understand structural changes in the spike protein through drug docking and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations.
