I drive end-to-end management and delivery of Colocation Engineering initiatives that enable Regional Colocation Engineering teams to scale new capacity, optimize existing infrastructure, and enhance fleet availability.Key ResponsibilitiesI own the strategic deployment and process improvement for AWS\'s Colocation fleet, collaborating with internal and external partners across five critical areas:Infrastructure Product Deployment – Partner with DC Engineering product verticals to deploy new cooling and electrical products across the AWS Colo fleet.Rack Type Enablement – Collaborate with Network and Hardware Engineering teams to enable deployment of new rack types and variants in AWS\'s Colo infrastructure.Data Center Systems Integration – Work with DCS, SCOS, and AISS teams to implement tooling and automation solutions (such as C4 and MaxIT) for the Colo fleet.Assessment Standards Management – Partner with Colocation Engineering SMEs, DCE SMEs, and Network/Service teams to manage Colo Assessment standards and maintain revision control.Process Optimization – Streamline end-to-end documentation and information management processes across the Colo fleet.
