Building strong relationship and partner with different teams to ensure proper notifications are sent out and the correct teams are involved for validating services during major changes and avoid any potential customer impact- Using different management and performance tools like - RTT, SevOne, HPNA, Alert Manager, and Hawkeye/Splunk etc. to guarantee no impact after changes are implemented- Following established procedures and processes when engineering and implementing approved MOPs- Support evolution to automated processes by leveraging the development and use of automation tools (i.e. Pronghorn/IAP, HPNA/NSO, Ansible, Python)- Provide feedback to the design and principal engineering staff, and working with the vendors when issues are uncovered- Completed high profile projects which include but not limited to Border Leaf (Nexus 7K) code and SMU upgrades, Access Leaf and Spine code and SMU upgrades, ISP to MSE migration, new builds, uplifts, provision new services, decommissioning old equipment, different NSC to eNSE migrations etc; • Configuring routers and switches on eNSE VXLAN fabric (Cisco Nexus 7K, Nexus 9K, Nexus 3K), eNSE SR (Segment Routing) fabric (Nokia 7750 and Cisco NCS 5500), OTNGN (Cisco CRS and Juniper MX-960 and MX480), EDN and OBM routers; • Demonstrate strong understanding of different routing and switching protocols - TCP/IP, MPBGP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VPN, ACL, VXLAN, SR – Segment Routing, VLAN, LACP, IPV6, ARP, CDP, LLDP etc; • Highly motivated and always eager to learn new technologies and expand my knowledge;
