Managing a GDPR-compliant database of over 20 national and international experts with technical experience relevant to the International Development sector and its portfolios within Climate & Environment, Global Health, International Education, and International Water. • Supporting Consultancy managers with various tasks such as formatting CVs, drafting and managing the consultant contracts, coordinating with consultants and project/bid teams on the processes of hiring consultants while complying with group policies, tax, and other requirements. • Maintaining the databases and keeping them up to date while producing regular reports and follow-ups. • Working closely with project/bid teams in preparation for pre-contracting tasks such as due diligence and other relevant checks.
