As Program Officer for the Latino Partnership Program, Mirna\'s primary responsibility is to support thriving Latino/x communities across Oregon by building strong, intentional, and trusting relationships with nonprofits and other partners across the state. She fosters belonging and learning through formal and informal networks, large-scale community events and smaller, targeted conversations on key topics of importance for Latino/x Oregonians.

ABOUT MIRNA LORELI CIBRIAN
Mirna Loreli Cibrian is inspired by love, something she believes to be a cornerstone to transform communities and overall human connections. Her commitment and passion to address social and racial justice was shaped by her experience as a Mexican American, who immigrated to the United States in 1991. Mirna Loreli was the first in her family to graduate from high school and the first to go to college. In her 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Mirna Loreli has served in a number of roles, including board member, advisor, and community organizer. She joined Oregon Community Foundation’s Latino Partnership Program in 2016 as the coordinator and began leading all aspects of the program in February of 2020. The focus of her work is building partnerships and holding space for collaborations that help the Latino/x community thrive.
