I lead all Logistic activities related to Florence and Massa plants, Avenza Yard and Livorno Hub, ensuring Company target in terms of Health Safety Environment (HSE), Excellence operations, Revenue Recognition and billing. I coordinate and supervise among above listed sites all Box & Packing activities, warehouse activities, storage of goods, goods handling activities (among others BH factories and to customer sites), the painting activities and the management / resolution of non-conformity found during the various processes.The overall staff is made up of 50 employees and 350 workers and during peak periods the number of workers can increase up to 500.From May 2023, I\'m fully involved to manage the transition between the old Logistic Provider (B3) and the new one (G4). In this phase we are moving all materials (boxes & item on hand) from Livorno Hub m2) to a new Hub.
