Are you the leader in a mission-driven organization or school district who has a big vision for change, but isn\'t sure where to get started with making it happen? I help organizations and school districts get the kick start they need to turn big ideas into business as usual. How do I do this? I have extensive experience in the youth development and K-12 space, with particular expertise in public education administration, college access and success, and partnership development, school finance. My portfolio includes work both on the policy and systems level as well as in direct service, having worked both in the public and the non-profit sector. I am a strong advocate for racial and socioeconomic justice and seek out this value in organizations with whom I work.Some of my past projects include:Strategic Planning and Facilitation: facilitating strategic planning sessions and developing logic models for both organizations and specific projects and programs; DEI planning initiative facilitationProcess Improvement: conducted staffing capacity assessment and redesign to better establish and meet organizational goalsSystems Development: developed and implemented PartnerBPS, an online platform for tracking and managing partners in BPSBudget Development: led the development and management of BPS\'s $1.4 billion budget, ensuring equity and transparency were at the forefront Change Management: designed and implemented a shift in policy that redirected $6M to schools to fund partnerships; Worked to gain buy in for the new model, and implemented the shift from start to finish, once approvedLeadership Development: 10 years of experience serving in supervisory roles, including supervision and development of new leaders within non-profit organizations
