Over the past years at project44, my journey has evolved from leading complex customer-facing engagements in Managed Services to driving technical integration excellence within the Network organization.With a strong foundation in SaaS, logistics, and real-time visibility, I began by accelerating customer time-to-value, scaling carrier onboarding, and improving tracking performance across OTR, Ocean, and Air modes. This customer-facing experience gave me deep insight into operational pain points, cross-functional dependencies, and what truly drives customer success beyond go-live.Today, as Team Lead FTL – Direct Integrations, I bring that perspective into the technical domain. I lead a team of Technical Integration Managers focused on scaling Full Truckload connectivity, improving integration quality, and advancing automation initiatives across API, EDI, and flat-file workflows.My focus is on:• Translating customer realities into scalable technical processes• Standardizing and harmonizing integration workflows• Driving AI-powered automation to improve efficiency and reliability• Reducing friction between Network and customer-facing teams• Leading a high-performing, accountable technical teamI’m particularly passionate about bridging operational execution with strategic improvement — ensuring integrations are not only technically sound, but aligned with real business impact.Curious by nature, growth-oriented by mindset, and focused on building scalable systems and high-impact teams.
