I’m Partner at BOLD Executive Advisors, a boutique executive search firm specializing in transformative leadership. Within my cluster, Lifestyle Experience Markets, I connect organizations with leaders who redefine brands, elevate customer experiences, and drive transformation across retail, consumer and luxury goods, fashion, beauty, and hospitality. My search mandates focus on the interface of brand strategy, customer engagement, and organizational transformation - working with global brands, growth-oriented consumer companies, and lifestyle-driven businesses navigating disruption. I collaborate with CEOs, CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, and senior executives who lead the evolution of consumer-focused markets across DACH and beyond. What defines my approach is a rare combination of executive search excellence, hands-on leadership experience in premium retail, luxury goods and mobility services, and a deep understanding of brand-driven, customer-centric industries.
