Provides coordination and management of 44 Women’s Business Centers (WBC) and more than 100 staff members, providing guidance and support to meet objectives, assessing program progress by analyzing performance data, monitoring milestones and deliverables, training on regulations, auditing financial distributions, and coordinating feedback from key stakeholders. Provides guidance and support to the Division Director and senior staff on objectives to sustain a diverse workforce and increase access to underserved communities. Responsible for day-to-day supervision of staff and oversight of contract staff. Develops analysis of program performance by synthesizing data on grant distributions, risk assessments, budget revisions, and program result metrics—preparing both written and visual reports and presenting findings to senior management with recommendations on program modifications. Coordinates cross-government stakeholders and key external partners as part of program and grant management including representatives from the Office of Entrepreneurial Development, Small Business Administration, and 200+ cooperative agreement portfolios. Responsible for reviewing grant and project budgets—leveraging extensive knowledge of SBA counseling, loan and grant programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and grantee strategic alignment with program objectives. Management of 44 grants currently. Implements process improvements that increase Office performance including serving as the first Office to transition to the grant management technology platform GrantSolutions, overseeing the all-grant memos, maintaining current knowledge of WBC goals, and ensuring adherence to programming requirements according to the Code of Federal Regulations.
