When our association delivers on its promise to convene, connect and curate a personalized experience for every person, every day, renewals become a vote of confidence that a company is seeing ROI. My mission is to tell the compelling story of how our association creates incomparable value, how we are essential to our members and that we become our members’ family too.MY PHILOSOPHY: People intrinsically want to feel valued and included, so I ensure that each member knows they mean more than just a name on a roster. Trade associations thrive when we cultivate champions across the member company, so I encourage our entire staff - not just membership & business development - to be passionate brand ambassadors. Business development isn’t just about dollars in the bank – it’s about designing tailored member & industry solutions that exceed return on investment while advancing our mission Industries are interdependent, so industry partners should have equal access to benefits, services and decision-making.MY SKILLS: GROUP FACILITATION. I’m skilled at motivating and coalescing diverse stakeholders around big ideas, then defining a clear roadmap toward execution. KEY ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT. I’m able to transform non-participants into passionate champions by building relationships focused on their needs, not ours. VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT. I design ad hoc volunteering opportunities that allow busy members to contribute their expertise, while building a next generation pipeline of leaders. DATA ANALYSIS. I listen deeply to what members are saying and take note of how they are (or aren\'t!) engaging, then leverage that data to customize and align our offerings based on shifting markets. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT. I pay attention to top-of-mind industry challenges, then create communication channels for our experts to shine. ABOUT ME: I bring energy to every project.
