I\'m an experienced HR Business Partner and former Technical Recruiter with 6+ years experience across fast-paced, global environments - from scale-ups to established tech leaders. With a background in Psychology and a Distinction-level MSc in HR Management (CIPD L7), I combine data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of people, culture, and business alignment.My career has spanned full-cycle technical recruitment (VFX, gaming, RT3D, cloud, AI) and strategic HR partnership across EMEA and globally. I’ve led on everything from employee relations and compliance (UK/Ireland/EMEA), to organisational design, talent reviews, global RIFs, and engagement strategy. During my time in recruitment, I was recognised as a high-performing Diversity Recruiter - I’m passionate about building inclusive, scalable people practices that drive real impact.Most recently, I support Sales & Customer Success leaders at Unity Technologies, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored, proactive HR solutions that evolve with business needs. I genuinely enjoy partnering with and coaching managers on how to unpack people challenges and explore solutions that work for their teams and the wider organization, whilst ensuring a positive employee experience. What excites me most is working at the intersection of people and technology; helping fast-evolving teams navigate change, fuel innovation, and grow sustainably through strong people practices.
