ABOUT MIRIAM MEDDOUR
I am Dr. Miriam Meddour, a refractive lens and corneal surgeon, and an ophthalmic surgeon at EuroEyes, one of the leading providers of refractive surgery in Europe. I perform daily procedures to correct vision impairments such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. I am skilled in various refractive laser surgery techniques, including LASIK, SMILE, and PRESBYOND, as well as refractive lens exchange, ICL implantation, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries.I completed my medical studies at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen. My specialty training in ophthalmology was conducted at the University Hospital Heidelberg, in the Department of Ophthalmology.I stay at the forefront of research and advancements in my field by regularly attending training sessions and conferences. Most recently, I successfully completed the postgraduate program in Cataract and Refractive Surgery at Ulster University with distinction. I am also very proud to have been admitted as a Fellow of the World College of Refractive Surgery.In addition to being as an ophthalmologist in Germany, I am also listed on the specialist register of the GMC.
