I specialize in trauma recovery and lead the design of holistic, trauma-informed programs that support long-term healing.My work in the anti-sex trafficking field includes developing clinical models, policies, and trainings that strengthen nonprofit organizations and elevate standards of care.    BELOVED® Atlanta is a trauma-informed, long-term recovery program for women who have experienced sexual exploitation and trafficking. Rooted in four core pillars, safe housing, mental health services, strength-based case management, and healthy community, BELOVED provides holistic, survivor-centered care that supports deep, sustainable healing. In addition to its residential program, BELOVED offers the REACH Program, a community-based initiative providing outpatient clinical services, case management, and vocational support to women beyond residential care.As Clinical Director, I lead the development and clinical oversight of services across both programs. I design and implement trauma-informed, survivor-centered treatment models, strengthen clinical systems and policies, and provide strategic guidance to ensure high-quality care. I am also deeply invested in developing staff through reflective supervision, training, and ongoing support, cultivating a team equipped to deliver ethical, relational, and effective trauma care.
