   In 2022, I was the CEO of three healthcare companies in Los Angeles: traditional Ob gyn offices, our innovative, first and only free-standing ObGyn emergency center with all ancillary services, and specialized Gyn surgery center. We also run the lab, pharmacy and the call center. Managements\' issues related to those multiple, interconnected organizations were complex, inefficient and expensive. I decided change this. Together with my current business partner, Jenny Gackic, we retained an international group of AI and software coders and engineers. Based on our deep understanding how healthcare organizations operate, and what are the pain-points needed to be resolved we created a patent-pending omnipotent platform, Helio Clinic. Helio is transforming the patients\' communications capabilities and the tasks\' management of the healthcare organizations. Along minimizing complexity, it also significantly decreases the costs and improve revenues. It is becoming a transformational product for healthcare organizations\' operations.
