   As Finance and Operations executive, I oversee Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Risk Management, Information Technology, Athletics and Facilities. I lead the strategic vision and priorities with the Board of Directors and Senior Leaders, consistently achieving A+ ratings and top-5 rankings among area private schools. I directed the expansion from a single-site to an enterprise-class school with a 30-acre remote site. I collaborate with legal, banking, audit and compliance partners on items ranging from terminations, student behavior and employee misconduct to refinancing a tax exempt loan for positive long-term impact to the school.I manage the budget for Financial Planning and Analysis, Forecasting, Capital Spending, Investment and Debt Management, planning and managing 100% budget growth due to increasing enrollment and tuition. I created and implemented the revenue growth strategy targeting facility rentals, camps and additional academic support and built the structure to support these programs. I developed the case and secured Board approval for the school’s first formal HR role to support 12% employee growth, achieve <2% attrition and create culture of transparency and trust.I led the transformation of campus facilities and operations with the addition of 45K sf of new academic space, a commercial kitchen, an amphitheater, a playground and parking areas. I directed the strategy and development of a satellite athletic campus to support the school’s long-term sustainability and competitiveness for students. I championed and led the deployment of a technology and security infrastructure initiative across both campuses to improve mobile access and safety for staff and students. I also oversee the school’s Athletics organization with programming for 38 teams and 85% student participation. I drove culture alignment with staff and community coaches to ensure engagement and support and developed and implemented the vision for safe sports program operations.
