As a dedicated Clinical Dietitian at Nationwide Children\'s Hospital, I have the privilege of working with a diverse pediatric population in the Comprehensive Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Clinic. With a foundation built in critical thinking, communication, and leadership, I strive to improve patient outcomes by developing tailored nutrition plans that support long-term health and well-being.For the past two years, I’ve been deeply involved in transdisciplinary teams and have contributed to key initiatives, such as the homecare committee and open projects committee. I continue to be involved in research projects while maintaining my workload. These roles have strengthened my ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals across fields, ensuring that every patient receives comprehensive, evidence-based care. My professional journey in this field began during graduate school, where I first focused on pediatric nutrition, and it’s been a driving force behind my commitment to making lasting, positive impacts on children\'s lives.
