The lead for the centre of excellence responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of pan-EMEA integrated marketing campaigns. This includes identifying key audiences and personas based on insights, developing the campaign strategy to fit within the overall marketing strategy, the customer journey across the purchase funnel, campaign flow and activation plans across all marcomms channels, and the KPIs for campaign performance and optimisation. Partnering with subject matter experts to create content and regional, country and global marketing teams to adapt and execute to local needs with the goals of brand building, retaining relationships and acquiring new business.
