About Miriam Db
I\'ve spent most of my career inside enterprise technology, working on data that reflects how large organizations actually run their IT infrastructure, not how they think they run it. Those two things are often further apart than anyone expects, and closing that gap has been the consistent thread across everything I\'ve done.My background starts with econometrics and quantitative economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University, which gave me a mathematical foundation that has made every analytical role since feel more tractable. From there an MBA in Business Analytics at Rice brought me to Houston, and Texas has been home ever since. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise I spent nearly a decade working with enterprise infrastructure and product data at a scale that fundamentally changes how you think about IT analytics problems. A year in Bengaluru in the middle of that stretch gave me a perspective on global technology operations I couldn\'t have developed staying in Houston, and it remains one of the more formative stretches of my career.Joining NinjaOne as an Equity Partner was a deliberate move toward a problem I find genuinely compelling. NinjaOne gives MSPs and IT teams real-time visibility into their endpoint environments, and the data that platform generates is fast-moving, operationally consequential, and largely underutilized by the people who have access to it. Helping organizations close that gap is where I spend most of my energy now.If you\'re working on IT management analytics, endpoint intelligence, or enterprise technology data strategy, I\'d enjoy the conversation.

NinjaOne builds IT management and endpoint monitoring platforms for managed service providers and internal IT teams. The operational data those systems generate is detailed, fast-moving, and directly connected to decisions about infrastructure security and reliability that IT organizations make every day.I joined as an Equity Partner because I\'d spent years at HPE watching enterprise IT organizations struggle to act on data they already had, and NinjaOne sits precisely at the point where that data is generated. Being on the platform side of that problem, with a real stake in how it gets solved, felt like the right next step.My focus is on MSPs and enterprise IT teams who are using the platform operationally but haven\'t yet connected what it shows them to higher-level decisions about how they structure and prioritize their work. That connection requires a different kind of conversation than most software implementations involve, and it\'s the one I find most useful to have.
