   I receive bookings format from air/ocean forwarders requesting our approval, I have to review our purchase order terms, dates and destinations, I have to find vessel schedules to meet our customer delivery date, if base on FOB date, we will not meet our customer window, I have to quote the shipment to compare air rates and transit time and make a decision how to ship the goods. If vendor is shipping late, I have to push them to move it under prepaid terms. I have to try all the time to meet the customer deliveries saving our company budge.I also need to make sure that orders are fully release from QC department and CBP. Another duty is shipment foreign to foreign, direct shipment to customer, I approve bookings and follow up with PO managers to collect all documents required and send them to the customer at destination.
