I am a strategic and driven supply chain leader with a seasoned background across multiple functions in the supply chain, including customer facing supply chain, vendor managed inventory, collaborative planning and forecasting, end to end planning (demand/supply) and sales and operations planning. I have a history of managing and optimizing S & OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, and a talent for aligning cross-functional teams around common goals. I combine over eight years’ experience providing supply chain management, vision, and strategic direction for multiple global organizations; orchestrating demand planning and forecasting efforts to optimize stock availability and strengthen P&L performance; integrating business intelligence and key demand drivers to continually enhance forecasting practices, improve accuracy; and carefully shape the processes and policies that sustain an efficient, productive, and highly competitive organization.
