Effectively facilitate Teams (Scrum) and participate in Program (Train) Ceremonies• Support Scrum Team to define clear sprint goals and S.M.A.R.T. PI objectives• Encourage increased quality of stories - ensuring business value and acceptance criteria are clearly articulated and defined• Assist Product Owner with prioritizing user stories and backlog refinement• Proactively identify impediments and resolve in a timely manner• Identify and Manage risks & dependencies between teams and vendors• Effectively collaborate and negotiate with other teams and Scrum Masters to manage cross dependencies and sequencing of deliverables• Manage resources, risk, quality, scope and deliverables• Ability to escalate responsibly• Provide coaching and support team members on Agile and Scrum practices and principles• Track, interpret and respond to team metrics, sprint progress and release status• Assist in release management facilitation• Promote and encourage team to attain self-sufficiency
