ABOUT MIRCO RAMPAZZO

16 years focused on computers and computer security, I got many specialized certifications of the most important technological players in the field of cyber security; 14 years with the leadership role (project leader, team leader, technical manager, technical leader, operation leader) in large projects and events in the field of information security for market, government, finance, critical infrastructure, military infrastructure and NATO. Today I am a senior manager at Cyber Services & Solutions Division of Leonardo society. The steady growth of complexity and responsibility functions, has allowed me to develop technically and strategically attention to information security issues, in particular on critical infrastructure (PIC), a Security Operations Center (SOC) and Managed Security Services (MSS) Computer Emergency Response Team ( CERT ) and design of security infrastructures ICT distributed geographically. At the same time I coordinated different events with the function of SOC Manager and CERT Operation Leader, collaborating with various market customer, governmental and military institutions ( event G8 – 2009 at L’Aquila, crisis centers for customers, the Civil Protection Department, Police, etc). In the past i landed in 2004 in a small company specializing in information security (E-Security) which subsequently was acquired by Marconi Selenia and integrated (through a series of organizational changes by Elsag, ElsagDatamat, SelexElsag, Selex- ES, Finmeccanica) into Leonardo Finmeccanica Company the largest Italian group in Hi -Tech, aerospace, Helicopters, Defence and Security market information. I started my professional career at Saritel / Telecomitalia in Rozzano (MI). The combination of a strong infrastructural experience at a major ISP and knowledge of issues related to cyber security have allowed me to acquire a significant professional background that I have always made available in the companies where I worked. Specialties: Managed Security/IT Services for Corporate and Telco - Data Centers design, delivery and migration - IP Network Design focused on security protocols- System design of enterprise software for provisioning, delivery and assurance - Service and Operation Manager - Network, System and Application Security - Knowledge of ITIL - Engineering Safety Assessment - knowledge of security organization framework as ISO 17799/ISO 27001.
