As the E-Bike Product Manager, I spearheaded the development and launch of SRAM\'s first E-MTB system. By working closely with cross-functional teams, I championed a seamless and easy-to-use E-Bike for riders, focusing on the cohesive delivery of software and hardware that work together to elevate the trail experience. Through innovative strategies and collaboration, we successfully brought the E-MTB system to market, driving new growth and customer satisfaction.
