Project Rubix is a global initiative to standardise the Profit & Loss (P&L) structure across markets and migrate to a unified Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system. I supported the Germany, Austria, and France markets through critical phases of data readiness, system transition, and post-go-live validation.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:• Data Quality & Readiness: Performed data cleaning, identified anomalies and data gaps, and flagged data quality issues to prepare markets for system go-live.• TPM Migration & Validation: Supported the loading of agreements data into the new TPM tool. Led validation and reconciliation efforts to ensure accurate data interfacing with SAP, achieving 100% success with no errors—eliminating billing block issues.GSV Restatement Modeling:• Built restatement models for Austria and France, each tailored to market-specific pricing and discount structures.• For Austria, addressed complexities like dual discount types and mixed pricing methods (material-level vs. price list) by modelling a €10 GSV uplift followed by a TPM-calculated case discount to match the list price.• For France, determined the maximum GSV per material as the baseline and applied case discounts as needed.•Presented the logic and methodology to senior management and secured full approval for both markets.•Ensured all models and templates met auditor requirements and were built with audit compatibility in mind.Testing & Documentation: Supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and HyperCare for TPM. Created detailed testing scenarios, documented results with screenshots and links for easy reference.Ad Hoc Analysis: Provided additional data analysis and support to maintain high data integrity throughout the migration process
