Our concept may be rooted in the past, but our execution embraces contemporary tastes- Recognize the demands of customers at the restaurant- Handling customer Inquiries and complaints- Upholding safety and health regulations- Compliance and regulations- Hiring, managing, training and retraining staff from both front of the house and back of the house- Onboarding and training. Organize, schedule and supervise shifts. Handling team conflicts and appraising staff performance- Payroll- Control inventories, oversee restaurant supplies, and handle supplier and vendor relations. Reduce waste and keep costs under control- Arranging the day-to-day management activities of restaurants- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations- Restaurant marketing strategies- Deliver superior guest services to guarantee customer satisfaction
