As a Capabilities and Engagement Manager, my primary focus is on internal communication to drive organisational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement. Beginning as Comms and Culture Lead, I\'ve advanced to crafting strategies that ensure all are aligned with our priorities and values. I specialise in creating an environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and perspectives. Through open and transparent communication channels, I facilitate collaboration and creativity, ultimately strengthening our team culture. I play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand is consistently represented and reinforced within our internal communications. Through strategic messaging and visual elements, I contribute to increasing brand awareness and creating a strong identity within the team. In addition to my focus on communication, I also play a vital role in capability development and change management. Leveraging my expertise, I support the team in adapting to evolving business needs and industry trends focusing on SAP, Lean and Digital. Through tailored training programmes and effective change management initiatives, I facilitate skill enhancement and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
