Miranda Jean Larson (She/Her) lives in Reading, PA and works as a Film Editor, Writer, Actress, and Producer. As an editor, she works with live, virtual, and film performance, commercials, voice over, and music videos including with The 24 Hour Plays in NYC and with Emmy-Award Winning science show, Janet’s Planet. Her first feature film, “Group”, directed by William R.A. Rush at Original CINematic, earned her two Best Feature Film Editor wins at festivals and which continues to earn multiple awards including Best Feature Film, Best Thriller, Best Supporting Actor & Actress, and Best Lead Actor. As an Actor, Miranda has performed with theatre companies Punchdrunk, Occupy Verona, The Onomatopoeia Company, and interACT Theatre Productions, NJ as well as in audiobooks and several short films including her own award-winning short,\"Innocence\".\"Innocence\" won multiple awards including Best Short Film at the IFFNY Film Festival in New York City, and won three awards at the Top Shorts Online Film Festival including Best Indie Film (March 2018). Miranda is credited as Screenwriter, Producer, Co-Director, and Lead Actress. More about Miranda\'s writing, she was accepted as a Semi-Finalist in ScreenCraft\'s Screenwriting Fellowship for her first feature-length script \"Writing Theo\". And her short play “You’ll Know When You Get There” won the Grand Prize at Philadelphia Dramatist’s Center’s Bake-Off 72-Hour Challenge. Miranda is a graduate of Pace University’s BA Theatre program with a Minor in Film where she studied screenwriting, producing, and production. Originally from Southern Utah (near Las Vegas), she grew up performing in Musical Theater reviews at her home performing arts studio Diamond Talent Productions.
