I bring a consultative mindset to this work, using data, feedback, and regular stakeholder touchpoints to continuously refine learning solutions and ensure they’re aligned with real-life needs. With experience spanning LMS strategy, learning design, and education, I take a full-circle approach to learning—supporting organizations from early analysis through measurement and evaluation so learners and stakeholders feel supported every step of the way.
