Lead the execution of learning programs for People Leaders across the Americas Region· Partner across Americas Leadership and Career Development team to create standard program deployment and deliveries strategies, processes, and deliverables.· Lead and manage outside vendor management, coordination and communication including Statement of Work processes for programs. · Design and support learning programs and learning initiatives using PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams and SharePoint.· Create and implement communication processes with all key stakeholders including Business Leaders, Enterprise Leaders, HR Business Partners, and program participants.· Ensure all program / learning initiative related materials and websites meet enterprise standards and branding requirements.· Monitor overall program / initiative processes as designed (e.g. lead program after action reviews, provide learner reports and program status, manage learner/stakeholder inquires.)· Manage client expectations and anticipate and communicate operational and tactical risks and concerns regularly.· Document standard work to ensure repeatability and sustainability.
