I started my career in HR after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. I have over 17 years of HR experience primarily within recruiting, compensation and systems. My experience spans across aerospace and defense, consumer products and big four consulting. One of the most unique opportunities I\'ve had so far was with Raytheon Polar Services, recruiting for the United States Antarctic Program. I am passionate about understanding an organization\'s needs and finding people solutions that balance business need, compliance and flexibility for quick decisions.
