In my role, I collaborate closely with senior and executive leaders on communications strategy and planning, serving as the enterprise communications partner for key business areas including Technology, Human Resources, and Events & Recognition and engage employees through Co-op News and external channels.Recent key initiatives & contributions:Employee engagement surveys – Lead communications strategy, planning, and execution for enterprise-wide employee surveys.Year-end communications – Develop and execute a comprehensive three-month strategy tailored to diverse audiences and internal channels to support the year-end performance evaluation process.Technology change management– Oversee communications for enterprise-wide technology projects including policy updates, system changes, and tool rationalization.HQ town halls – Virtual and hybrid quarterly events supporting agenda planning and presentation materials, managing leadership Q&A and moderation strategy and post-event analysis.Internal marketing campaigns – Design and execute monthly campaigns to highlight co-op initiatives and drive engagement across internal channels.
