About Miranda Miller

I am the Director of Population Health Quality. I have a master’s in healthcare administration accompanied by a concentration in sustainability/management and over 20 years of experience in the health care field with eighteen of those year in a management position, I am confident in my ability to become an asset to any team.In this capacity I have gained many skills including budget development, new services development, strategic planning, population health management, facility development, community outreach and crisis management. I have superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with outstanding communication abilities that allow me to reach all levels of stakeholders and lead diverse groups of personnel with different backgrounds and personalities. I have a proven ability to develop strong and meaningful relationships with management and community members. I am an active voting member with Women Investing in Samaritan Health (WISH), the Sponsorship Chair for Women in Healthcare (Oregon Chapter), the Legislative Liaison for MGMA (Oregon Chapter) and a Planning Committee member for Oregon ACHE.
