Diversified Closing Operations Manager and Account Manager with an extensive background in Relocation and over nineteen years of Residential Real Estate and Title Insurance experience. I possess a complete understanding of the full real estate transaction from a local closing office perspective as well as from a national accounts management perspective. My years of experience in contract review, title clearance, funding, and growing business through customer service provided me with the skills to advance into Management. I currently lead a team of experienced closers and assistants who specialize in processing and closing national purchase transactions. Through consistent training, creating quickclick resource material, and being a hands on leader, my team has grown to be the most knowledgeable, efficient, hard working, and customer service oriented team within the org. I challenge them to ask questions and to take calculated risks with my support. A strong operations team is the key to building confidence within the industry and ultimately increasing company profits. In addition to leading a highly successful closing operations team, I also work on both external and internal initiatives. As an Account Manager, my main focus is trust building. My clients trust that, when presented with a problem, I will work quickly to find a resolution 100% of the time. I also carry this trust into internal initiatives where I must bridge gaps between my department and other departments to ensure that we are aligned.
