In this role, I coordinate strategic hiring initiatives, including open interview events and employment advertisements. I execute employee engagement efforts to increase employee satisfaction and retention. For our union employees, I manage the job bidding process and handle job changes. I schedule interviews and job testing, as well as completing the entire onboarding process with new hires.
