Strategic HR professional currently serving as Employee Concerns Investigations Supervisor in the UPS Masters in Human Resources Leadership Development Program. In this rotation, I oversee and support enterprise-wide employee concerns investigations, partner with cross-functional teams to ensure fair and consistent case handling, and analyze trends that strengthen the employee experience and organizational compliance. My work centers on governance, risk awareness, and improving processes that impact employees across the business.Before transitioning into investigations, I served as an Employer Brand Supervisor, helping lead UPS’s global employer brand strategy and managing the @UPSjobs social media presence across major platforms. My work focused on recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and developing authentic, analytics‑driven storytelling that highlights the culture and values of UPS.I joined UPS through a graduate internship and co-op on the Inclusion & Belonging team. I hold a Master of Human Resources from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a double major in Psychology and Intelligence & Security Studies from The Citadel, where I competed as a Division I golfer.My experience spans nonprofit, public, and private sectors, and my leadership style is grounded in the discipline of college athletics and cadet life, shaping how I work, collaborate, and lead in fast-paced environments.

I support case intake, trend analysis, and governance activities that strengthen the overall employee experience- Manage and route employee concerns from key UPS partner groups; collaborate with the MyHR BPO team on intake, escalations, compensation reviews, applicant inquiries, and complex case handling while ensuring accurate verification through EPIM and Workday- Provide detailed case histories and conduct trend analysis using EPIM/EDR data to support promotions, legal reviews, and disciplinary decisions; deliver insights to leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
