ABOUT MIRA MILLS

My passion for HR and people-centered work grew out of a simple realization: the way people feel at work shapes everything—from performance to purpose. I’ve always been fascinated by what motivates people, how teams function, and how organizations can create spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued. This journey started when I became a peer mentor at Clark, helping first-year students navigate the transition into college. I saw firsthand how much impact a little support and guidance could have. Every step has reinforced my interest in building inclusive, intentional workplaces. Now, as a senior at Clark University majoring in Psychology and Management and soon pursuing an MBA in Talent Management and HR, I’m excited to keep learning and growing in this field. I’m currently looking for internship opportunities—I’m always open to connecting with others who care about culture, community, and growth. Let’s chat!
