Project : Construction of Tunnel T-74R B (N)(NATM) balance work from adit (between km 130.950 to km 133.910) on Dharam-Qazigund Section of Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla New BG Railway Line, Jammu & Kashmir Project : Construction of balance tunneling works of tunnel T1 from Km to Km 33.159 on the Katra Dharam section of Udhampur -Srinagar -Baramulla Rail Link Project, Jammu & Kashmir. Project: NF Railway Tunnel T-10 Guwahati Assam. Job Responsibilities: • Excavation of tunnel by NATM using drill and blast approach. • Drilling with wedge cut method, overbreak control using line drilling, presplitting, decoupling ratio. • Pre excavation support like pipe roofing,forepolling, face bolting. • Erection of flexible steel structures like lattice girders, sliding ribs. • Shotcreting sealing,initial and final.Rockbolting, spotbolting using swellex bolts as an immediate support wherever required. • Drilling of drainage holes to channelise the water and to create safe working environment for the manpower. • Grouting contact and consolidation. • Erection of overt gantry and Fibre concrete lining. Preparation of DPR and time cycle. Requirement & Reconciliation of Materials.
