I am currently playing the role of global integration leader for a large SAP S/4 HANA, multi country transformation program for a F&B major. Prior to this I have successfully completed the role of deployment lead for Central Europe for an Agri commodity major for their S/4 transformation program. I have also played the role of the he service area leader for SAP S/4 HANA in IBM’s Global Business Services in India. In this role, my responsibilities span across delivery, operations, strategy and growth. My agenda included building of a technology-ready, customer-focused competitiveness for IBM’s SAP services in India. With over twenty years of experience in the strategic deployment of IT for client organizations and in domain industry, I have been responsible for initiating, structuring and delivering medium, large and complex SAP transformation projects, thereby creating value for clients and for the organization. Earlier I had served as DPE for GBS-GD India and was responsible for the managing engagements for clients across industries Prior to IBM, in Tata Technologies I had implemented several SAP design build projects. I have developed an insight in Automotive Industry while working in Tata Motors for 10 years.

   As part of PepsiCO global factory team, providing leadership and escalation point for resolution of cross-functional/deployment related integration and design issues in the IBM factory organization which is supporting three big concurrent deployments like EW1 in Europe and PBNA and FLNA in North America\\\\n-Reviewing large number of change request estimates\\\\n-Providing leadership support for \"one-off\"/special projects like retrofits/upgrades/code merge etc
