Together with Mr. Thomas Ehrt and the management team my job in the first two years was to coordinate and establish quite a few processes, employ and train more than ten young professionals and make sure that the business environment gains on stability and robustness. In the next period of time Mr. Jochen Trautmann and me as management team will continue to support the business development in the challenging times and in the framework of Rittal Automation Systems. We are all enthusiastic about the benefits of the new environment and looking forward to move the limits.
